A股三大指数下跌，半导体领涨，国债期货集体上涨

截至发稿，上证指数跌0.09%，深证成指跌0.2%，创业板指跌0.26%。
截至发稿，恒生指数跌0.14%，恒生科技指数涨0.07%。
国债期货集体上涨，30年期主力合约涨0.24%，10年期主力合约涨0.09%，5年期主力合约涨0.07%，2年期主力合约涨0.03%。
人民币兑美元中间价报7.1934，上调62点；上一交易日中间价7.1996，上一交易日官方收盘价7.2791，上日夜盘报收7.2870。央行一直通过较强的中间价在引导人民币走强，向市场释放稳定汇率的信号。截止发稿，离岸人民币现报9.2933。
半导体芯片股开盘领涨
大为股份、文一科技、光华科技、皇庭国际竞价涨停，成都华微涨超10%，富瀚微、国芯科技、中颖电子、纳芯微等涨逾7%，消息上，中国互联网协会、中国半导体行业协会、中国汽车工业协会、中国通信企业协会3日晚间陆续发布声明，建议谨慎采购美国芯片。
