央视网消息：1月14日，商务部新闻发言人就不可靠实体清单有关措施答记者问。
问：1月14日，中方将7家美国实体列入“不可靠实体清单”。请问有何考虑？
答：近期，美国频频向中国台湾地区出售武器，严重违反一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报，严重违反国际法，危害台海和平稳定。美国海岸间电子公司等7家公司不顾中方强烈反对，参与对台军售，开展所谓军事技术合作，严重损害中国主权、安全、发展利益。中方根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》《中华人民共和国国家安全法》《中华人民共和国反外国制裁法》等法律，依据《不可靠实体清单规定》等相关规定，依法追究其不法责任。
中方一贯审慎处理不可靠实体清单问题，仅依法针对极少数危害我国家安全的外国实体，诚信守法的外国实体完全无需担心。中国政府一如既往地欢迎世界各国企业来华投资兴业，并致力于为守法合规的外资企业在华经营提供稳定、公平和可预期的营商环境。
